I think you should definitely get a cat. They're cute, sweet, and cuddly. With a cat you only have to feed it, water it, and clean out its litter box if it's an inside cat. If you get a hamster, you have to clean out its cage a lot. That get's really annoying. Trust me. I used to have small rodents. Plus cats can sleep on your bed and you don't have to worry about squishing it in the middle of the night. If you get a cat, I would recommend getting a fixed male. I have had lots of cats and those seem to be the sweetest. It's also cheaper to get a male fixed. Well, good luck finding a new furry friend.

Cat-
Hamsters only have about a 3-4 year lifespan. If you are into Mourning, this would be a good choice.

I would get a cat, I have nothing aginst cute little furry creatures but hamster sleep, ALOT. Then tend to bite, and aren't good with people, if you want to get a small hamter like animal, i suggest gerbils, they are great pets! Cats are very clean animals anyway. The are warm and loving. When they want to play they can be the most adorable thing to watch, but I suggest you get it as a kitten so it gets use to you.

A cat. They can become part of the family. Hamsters need a cage, shavings to absorb their waste, a water bottle, an exercise wheel, which they use at night, and they don't smell good.

cat hellz yeah I had my cat for 2 weeks, then went on a vacation and missed him so much!!! besides, hamsters suck they only live for like 4 years or less... And cats are very affectionate they become part of da family

if i were i would ge a hamster cause ther funner and more exciting like for example u can put it inside one of thes litle hamster bals and hell roll all over the room >
but cats rnt bad but they close thier eyes before they eat and i used to have 2 cats ad on the 2nd day it ranaway soo um good luck hope like what u get ...

I would suggest you get neither. Instead get a bicycle and go for a ride every day. Nothing like some aerobic exercise to make you feel better.
