Try moving to the CFL.
Or:
-Get an offensive coordinator who wasn't running a bed and breakfast
-Try throwing some screen passes to Jordan. The guy caught 70 balls last year. This is how you stop a team from blitzing every down.
-Get rid of Porter or play him
-Run a reverse once in a while
-Teach the wide receivers and tight ends to block
-Get rid of Courtney Anderson and his stone hands.
-Upgrade the O-line
-Get rid of the dead weight, see also Warren Sapp
-Stick with Walter at QB for better or worse. They need to see if he's the guy, or if they'll get Brady Quinn with the first pick next year.
-Pray that Denver doesn't pound them again and yet again

The Oakland Raiders are in a mess similar to the New York Knicks...Robert Glaerrey sucks and their first draft pick needs to be a QB or OL, take Jake Long if I were tehm. They should just end the team and than move to LA in 2035.

1. They need a decent QB - and nothing else can possibly inject any life into their sorry offense. Monkeys will fly out of Randy Moss' butt before they throw a decent pass in his direction.
2. They need a good coach, but only a truly desperate person would work for Al Davis, so...
3. They need a new owner.
Summary: New owner, new coach, good QB - in that order.

Ranorwood has a good response. I think some players need to step it up such as Curry and Walter. The OL is horrific and needs to get busy my friend. Also, the defensive line needs to stop the run.

First they need an Offensive Line that is the base for Offense then they need a quarterback Aaron Brooks is o.k. but not good enough, then they can work on defense.

They need their playmaker on the feild. "Joey Porter" He's alot like Terral Owens when it comes to his mouth and off field drama, but they both make big plays when needed.

Al Davis needs to let the managers manage his team and stop sticking his nose into their business. just because he owns the team he needs to trust his managers and let them run the team they know how to. he needs john madden back but we all know he cant afford him.
