Doesn't sound very good.Go to a doctor soon. It may spread or it could be something that can be cleared up with a medication.You won't know for sure until you seek professional help.

Never had that, but I will suggest using soem moisturizer because it sounds like you may be dry, use a special shaving cream for dry skin if you are shaving, otherwise if you don't shave, put lotion on at night.

go into a shower with a lufa spong and scrube. use unsented to get it better but when its off if u want u can use sented.

use an alum powder/ Its safe proven by Filipinos. Have you seen a Filipino with black armpits
