emotion is what you just did.... you just typed PLZ in large letters to make your point - to emphasize it - to tell us you mean BUSINESS!
that's an emotion.
sadness, disillusionment, confusion, happiness, impatience etc.... all are emotions

1. an affective state of consciousness in which joy, sorrow, fear, hate, or the like, is experienced, as distinguished from cognitive and volitional states of consciousness.
2. any of the feelings of joy, sorrow, fear, hate, love, etc.

Emotion = feelings in heart
if you don't have any reaction feelings toward to any emotional situations, it's possible that you are suppressing it unconsciously.
Find a good counselor or have a one an one open talk with God.
