Orlando International (MCO) is the airport that everyone flies into, unless you are local, then you may fly into Sanford. It is probably cheaper for you to fly into MCO since it is bigger and has better flexibility. Sanford airport is farther away from all of the tourist hub-bub and more than likely will cost more since fewer commercial flights go to that airport.
Also depends on were you are going... if you are going to Daytona I would fly into Sanford, if you are coming here on vacation to go to Disney, fly into MCO because of the availability of transportation from the airport.

Orlando International (MCO) - definitely! It is my all-time favorite airport and is listed as the Nation's best airport on the Travel Channel's Best Airports list! It has fun stores, a hotel, and is clean! A big plus!

If you want to see a nice, cool looking airport, OI. If not, Orlando-Sanford is just as good.
