Well you sound quite young. You will learn that periods can be rather erratic and inconsistent at times.

If you got it on the 14 and you finished today and then you got it an hour ago. That means that it really never stoped it is just slowing down. You have only gone 4 days and a regular cycle is 6 to 8 days. Just see how the next few days play out and if it keeps acting up see a doctor.

Masturbation causes two things that will make this happen: contraction of the uterus, and increased discharge. So, your uterus squeezed and left-over stuff came out, then the extra mucus diluted it and made it flow out easier...
