How many High Schools have a girls football team. Mine doesn't and that p***es me off. And I really really hate when people call it "powder puff". I play just about as good as any1 on my high school varsity team. Tackle just as good, throw just as far. I'm really good but most guys thinks its a "guys" sport and we'll get hurt. I've walked away with bruises and thats it. And I'm always running the ball. So if your high school has a girls football team, please tell me. I'm also my school sports reporter. I would like your imput, guys and girls. thanx

Hi. What a great question. I wish I could give you some statistics, but I am afraid I can't. But I can say that I completely agree with you about the whole "Powder Puff" thing. I am also a female athlete and I am proud to compete to the best of my ability. I think every woman deserves the respect she deserves for all of the hard work and effort she puts into her sport. Women should be able to play any game, including football and ice hockey, that they want. I am a surfer and one of the best. I am no powder puff.

I saw on the news last week , a High School in Los Angeles that has a female player on the men's Varsity Squad , and she is doing just fine !
