I am 20 weeks pregnant.....i have been feeling some pain in my right side....is that normal?

Pain during pregnancy can often be nothing more than muscles and ligaments stretching; our bodies have to go through a LOT of physical changes to support the growing baby.
However, if the pain lasts longer than a day or two, or if it gets worse as time goes on, it would be a VERY good idea to see your doctor. If the pain comes on very quickly and doesn't fade away, a visit to an Emergency room might be in order. It is always better to know and to be safe rather than sorry.

If it is a cramping accompanied by spotting get to the doctor, otherwise it could be the baby resting on an internal organ.

You will start to feel the baby moving around this time. As always, contact your doctor with your questions.

You need to be seeing a doctor on regular basis. Don't play the guessing game!!!

you should call your doctor. i had that too, but it could be something different. they're there to help, and even if you think your question is stupid, it's probably worth asking, especially if it's pain.
