we aren't religious and a few times we have prayed together. We most of the time we say seperate prayers. When we first did it it did feel funny just to connect spiritually with eachother, but I felt love at the same time. It made me feel like he was a man and we could work out anything. If your man will pray with you, you have a keeper. Most of these guys are far from that.

Christian couples do this...being a Christian is difficult at times but the rewards outweigh the obstacles. Being your guy is a Buddhist...he may not be open to Christianity...But God still loves him...and there is always hope keep praying together! I know God who is Jesus' Father does answer prayer and there is eternal life for those who live holy lives and do not deny Him!

I am not religious but I do have a relationship with Jesus Christ, so does my husband. Yes, we pray together often, for our kids, others, finances etc. It has brought us together in way beyond our understanding. God instructs us all to pray to Him regularly. He loves us & wants a 2-way relationship with us - that's why He sent His son, Jesus, to die for us so we could make our own choice. It is good to pray but do not be deceived. There is only 1 God the Father, His Son Jesus & the Holy Spirit. Pray to Him for clarification on this. Take care.

No, we don't pray, he's an agnostic, and I'm strongly leaning into atheism. We do spend time together in meaningful ways (and I don't mean sex) - just a lot of talking, communicating.

We do pray together. It's humbling, and something we should do more often.
