Seventeen magazine is doing a model search, and they have the auditions in like, a zillion tiny towns, and big cities, so go to one of those. You get to wear really cute clothes too.

If when you typed "small" you meant "short" then the best thing for you is to try out at "real" modeling agencies, but knowing that you would not be considered as a runway model anyway.

you have to have a modeling portfolio made of you doing modeling hire a photograhist and have her take pictures of you posing in different outfits and situation

local competitions like at mervins or jc penny or something. i know delia's looks for teen models every now and again. i saw it last month...i can't compete cuz i'm 10 yrs. older than u. =)
