y = 2x -3 -> y -2x = -3
-6x + 3y = -9
y -2x = -3
-6x + 3y = -9
multiply the first function by -3
-3y +6x = +9
-6x + 3y = -9

0 + 0 = 0
0 = 0

you multiply eqn one by 3
u get :
3y=6x - 9
this is the sec eqn :
-6x + 3y = -9
therfore given (effectively0 one eqn there is only one solution possible!
