Fans vary...you can deliver the same CFM with a three bladed fan as you can with a four, it's just a matter of how the blades are shaped and pitched (design, basically). If you *NEED* to know for sure, contact an air conditioning contractor...they have air flow measuring devices that can tell you exactly.
If you're referring to the fan that's on the AC's compressor, then it's fairly irrelevent.

Find the model number and serial number for the unit which is usually on the back or bottom, If its a window unit. If it's central air it should be located near where the electric wiring connects. The manufacturer should have a web site where you could enter that information and get the results you want. Also, the model number may also tell you. For example, a Fedders 6300 is an ac with 6300 BTU's.

do you mean BTU's ? this is the measure of heat used in air conditioners if its a window unit it could be up to a half ton or one ton if mounted outside of your home could also be bigger depends on your home sq footage
