My kitten used to attack my eyelashes in the morning. I learned to sleep with a pillow over my eyes.
Don't worry, your kitten will grow out of it.
In the meantime, guard your junk.

Your real worry should be when that kitten gets older and has longer sharper teeth and then thinks it is breakfast food someday.
