I'm promised I'd spend the night at my cousins and my periods coming and should be here by the time the weekend rolls around. The thing is, she hasn't started her period, and I'm not sure I could just casually change pads and leave the dirty ones in the garbage. What should I do?

Dont worry, i had to stay over my friends house when i was on my period and i didnt want to leave my dirty towels in her garbage so what i did was take nappy bags, when i took the dirty towel off i would wrap abit of tolet role around it & pop it into a nappy bag then i would put it into my bag, you can buy nappy bags that smell nice so they willnt smell! Sorted!! Go to your cousins and have fun..Hope i helped __ox

You may be embarassed by it, but trust me, the ADULTS there aren't going to freak out. It's a natural occurance. If your cousin is going to be immature about it, ignore her. One day she'll have to deal with it too.
When I'm in that situation and I don't want to leave it in the bathroom garbage, I wrap it in TP and bring it out to the garbage in the kitchen. That garbage gets filled up quickly and people rarely look at what's in it.

i dont think that your aunt, uncle or your cousin will mind because its natural for every girl to get their period.just wrap it up in a napkinif you're worried about what theyll think.
