Generally A Program for a MMORPG Or RPG that does repetive tasks for you, generally these programs are dangerous or illegal to the game that you play or most likely both, Generally Usage is detectable to the people who run and manage the game, and usage usally results in a ban on that account,

And on a side note, there are a few games out there that allow the usage of certian trainers, The only One I know Of Currently Is Ultima Online, A MMORPG That was created in 1998,

A trainer is just a program that changes the INI during gameplay that can change money...power...speed...stats...etc. you can download trainers for alot of games is
