Oh my gosh!!! You totally can not put Hip Hop and Rap in the same category of 80 tunes. NO WAY!!!! The 80's were in a class of their own.
It was the best music. Especially Van Halen's 1984!!!

Hell NO! Don't get me wrong,there was some kickin stuff but,the problem is most of them usually wound up breaking into a chours that really sucked or sounded like a teen ball.
