I have never had any concrete stains in my clothing but maybe these will work, they appear to work on about anything...

1. rub the spot with kerosene then wash with detergent and water.
2. cascade dishwashing liquid seems to be another all mircle stain remover, same steps as with kerosene.
3. My grandmother used to use lime juice to remove stains as well, soak the area with lime juice for a few minutes the rinse with water and hand wash with detergent and water before throwing it into the washer.
4. If all else fails call a dry cleaners and ask them if they have any further tips.
