The green food coloring might run down tour face if you sweat or turn your hair green. Better try it out before leaving the house.

First of all food coloring is for FOOD, so that's a dumb idea and if you want to dye your headband green then buy some fabric dye at a craft store. Second, yeah it will stain but it will come out after a bunch of washes.

it's going to be super light green... add some vinegar to the mix to make it stick... use a small bowl w/ as little water (half rater, half vinegar) & as much food coloring as possible. Let it dry, and if it still smell like vinegar, THEN rinse it out w/ soap (but it'll probably fade ) Good luck...

Food coloring can stain, but I think it would wash out and lose alot of color. Go to a craft store and look for Rit clothing dye. It's pretty inexpensive.

It will turn green, if the headband is made of cloth.

I think it would remain white, Food Colouring may not have the same effect as clothes colouring do.

I want to know the answer too!
