Of course he can. If he can learn to curb his temper he has the potential to be world class. He is strong quick and enthusiastic. Give him a couple of years and I am sure you will see a very fine all round footballer.

No, he goes way to hard on the ball. it also does help that he's playing with a bunch of talented guys on his team. Plus he has way to much of a temper.
