Hi (her name), I'm (your name), you dont know me but I've noticed you walking around school and I think you are very attractive. If you don't have a date for homecoming I was wondering if you would be my date? This would give us a chance to get to know each other.....

do something really flattering for her so she feels special, like bring flowers to her, write a song for her, etc and then ask her. if she doesn't like being in the spotlight, don't do it in the middle of the cafeteria or anything or she may be embarrassed. it really depends on the girl, so just do something that you know she will really like.

if i were u i would just either leave her a note or ask her strait up or if she is talking to a couple of friends ask if u could talk to her for a second alone and then ask her
