You have to ask yourself, why did I choose psy in the first place? If that situation has changes then it is never too late to change majors. Whatever profession you pursue you have to do it along time. Money is just one reason to pursue a certain career. What was the original reason? In most cases unless you wish to pursue an higher education a BA in PSY won't help you a great deal. Hospitals or clinics that hire PSY want a graduate degree. There again you have to "psychoanalyse yourself and ask what do I really want out of life and go toward that goal. Good luck with what ever you choose.

Depending upon the type of psychology you choose and the industry you choose it in.... Autism is a huge field... the certificate of BCBA paired wtih a MS in Behavioral Analysis is an excellent choice...

Try moving to an area of the country where the most nuts are living. There must be some places that have large congregations of them.

Psychology.... well, my therapist charges between 100 and 150 per hour... in her private practice.

So doing the math... that amounts to a butt-load of money.
