TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshall's, Target, H&M (if you have one nearby)...
Target rules! They have very cute clothes now. They even have reputable, trendy designers do a clothing line for Target. These designers get featured and rotated every month or so. So far, they've featured stuff from Tara Jarmon and Paul & Joe. Love it... bringing style to the masses!

attempt going to Marshall's. they have more than a number of brand call manufacturers for genuine less expensive. I were given some footwear there that many times bypass for $70 for below 20 funds. you should bypass to the actual save although. they don't promote issues on their cyber web web site. except that, attempt signing up for e-mail newsletters for more than a number of distinct call sort web pages on-line. they're going to warn you at the same time as they have sales. :)

The only two likely areas you could try are second hand stores and clearence sections of clothing stores.
for example
Lands End overstock, clearance, not quite perfect section:
http://www.landsend.com/cd/ov/frontdoor/0,,,00.html
LL Bean sales section:
http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?categoryId=32&catalogId=1&storeId=1&langId=-1&feat=ln
