Should I buy a G5 or Power Mac?

I want to do Graphic design, and burn my record collection onto cd.

if you want to do graphic design or anything in the creative vein for that matter, a mac should be your only choice. stop by any professional creative type of business and you will see macs. excellent excellent computer they really are. good luck.
