DEF: Seahawks
BN: Vick, Troupe (TE), K Johnson (WR), T Glenn (WR), C Benson (RB), Chargers Def, and the soon to be cut Plummer.
I am really looking for another RB. Any suggestions?

Get rid of Vick. You aren't going to start him over McNabb, ever.
Get rid of Troupe after Gates bye week this week.
See if you can get DeAngelo Williams, he'll be starting for the Panthers in another week or two.

I would look around the free agency pool. Deangelo Williams comes to mind, Gado is also another good pick. I would also trade away Benson. He won't be doing much this year with his team hating him and Jones starting

Is Turner (SD) available? He will be a stud if anything happens to LT and he is getting carries anyway.
