About a month ago, I went to a mall to buy another pair of shorts, because I ripped my other pair, and it was like 105 degrees outside. So anyways, I go into EVERY store, and no one is selling shorts anymore. It's all jackets.
At the time it made me sick thinking about it, knowing it was 105 degrees outside.
So yes the Christmas thing bugs me too.

Yes I hate it to When i see Christmas stuff in September it ruins the mood before December. When I see all the decorations that early It gets old quik and takes all the enjoyment from it. Great Question.

It does make sense they are jsut trying to get as many people to see the junk as possible thus sell more.
But yeah I dont know why but it really pissed me off when I saw all the Halloween and Xmas crap on the racks, when I went to Walmart with my frriend. It really did bug me, hmm that is odd, now that I thnk about it. It bothered me enough to smack a big *** fake spider off th rack.

Lol...yes I have seen this in many stores. I was really surprised that it was not even September and Halloween things were out.
Well they are reminding you to go ahead and spend your money on Halloween items :)

I used to work retail and I hated putting the Christmas stuff out in July, but it sold like crazy. People would complain about it being out, as they were BUYING IT!

I noticed that the other day. Why do they bother taking down the stuff in the first place if all they are going to put it back up ten days later.

yup, I used to work in retail and I would laugh everytime our shipments came in and we would have new holiday stuff a month before the actual holiday. But it was kinda cool cuz we were able to start shopping early, even while unpacking the boxes

Totally agree! I used to work in a department store and they would haul out the dancing santa's in September, so we had to listen to that sh*t for 4 months....kinda ruined the holiday spirit...

I noticed that the other day and I can't help but notice how much (my opinion) it makes Christmas more about how much you spend than spending time with the ones you love. It's such a commerical holiday anymore.
