Open your mouth very wide. Hold a donut where the worm can see it. When he comes out to get the donut to take a bite, grab him and pull him out slowly. Put him in fish bait box.

Um, I guess you just pull it. You really might want to call you doctor and ask. If there's one tape worm, there's probably more inside that you can't see. Good luck. I hope you're just asking out of curiosity!

You probably don't want to pull it out, because as long as he head is inside, the tapeworm can regenerate, and pulling it out will probably leave the head inside of you.
You can leave warm milk out to try to get the tapeworm to crawl out on its own accord, but that's a bit of an older method, and a bit disturbing to feel.
Your best bet is to go to the doctor and have him remove it or prescribe medication....it's the least painful and the most effectve method out there.

I am sooooooooo grossed out right now,but I heard that when you get a piece of it that's out,tape it to your leg and run to the emergency right away! I am not kidding.

DON'T! Just cut off part of it that comes outta your bunghole, then go to a doctor right away. If you pull too much, you have a risk of pulling out your insides.

I have actually done this to one of my younger cousins, if its coming out of he rectum, pull it out very slowly or it might be better to just hold it out until you get to the hospital.
