i am not a teenager, but many of my friends knew me since high school....how do I tell them that i am interested in girls as well as boys...I think men are hot, but some women are even hotter...sometimes. Please help...

That plans on if u want to tell them but if u do want to just try to break it to them easy if they can't accept u their not ur real friends anyway. Some of my friends told me this but I'm still friends with them it just plan on if their understanding.

Just open u mouth and tell them if thats what u want. Who cares what they will think and ur right women & men are hot and when ur bi u have the best of both worlds( right) =-)
If ur bi then thats ur business u have NOTHING to be ashame of because it's a free country and u have the right.
So if u want to tell THAN TELL if u don't wnat to tell then u don't have too
But if u do tell and they treat u like ur a freak then to hell with them, ur still the same person and the real friends will stand with u

If these people are your real friends they willnt mind that you are bisexual, if i was you i would just get together with a few of my best friends and get talking about bisexual && gay people, and see what they think about all that kind of stuff, then tell them. You neaver no some of your friends may be bisexual!,if you come out and tell people it may help them to come out aswell! Good luck && i hope everything works out for you__ox

If its not absolutely necessary that they know, don't tell them! If you aren't sure of their opinions on bisexuals, then don't tell them. In my opinion, it's your business who you date.
If you absolutely feel you need to tell them, just be honest! Say something like " Being friends, I just wanted you to know some things about me...." and go from there. Be prepared for some negativity, some people aren't as open minded as others. Good luck :)
