That picture is from the photo shoot was promoting season 6 which was taken early last year.
I think she looks great for her age, plastic surgery or not. And even so, it's doesn't bother me at all if she chose to alter her body. Hollywood doesn't take kindly to anyone who looks old or "normal", and translate the latter however you will.
