Sorry, I guess the term 'flood pants' isent used everwhere. They are pants that are too short for you, not capris or pants that are ment to be short, but like pants that are ment to go to your heels that are too short for you.

u dont need a mirror to see that u are flooding, just look down and make sure that ure pants reach the bottom of ure heel

Maybe they don't care what the opinions of others are? And, good for them. Going along with the majority has made some very bad periods - corsets, extreme bell bottoms and platform shoes with fish inside the heel.

yes.. some ppl dont have a long mirrow to look in in there house and sum ppl have trouble finding pants that fit thei body well. i mean sum ppl just dont care at all.. but sum have no other choice ya no?
