Ask the elders in your family and check church records.
The Incas are from South America, the Mayans from the area around Guatemala.

I agree with hose bunny about the Aztec and Inca part..
You can find out more info on your heritage by visit Latin American museums in your area. Check with them to see if their are any clubs, dance troups.. or things like that about town you can participate in. Search info at you local library as well..

It is pretty difficult. DNA tests. Expensive!!!!
See if your Mexican Anthropology University is doing those tests and than ask somebody from that program can you
participate.
But, if your ancestors are from Mexico, you're probably Aztec.
(or maybe Maya; Incas lived in Peru)
You can learn a lot about your culture from anthropology, history, or archeology books.
Greetings from Serbia (south-east Europe)!

There were not that many Aztecs but there were many other tribes subjugated by them. The site below will not tell you who you are descended from but gives an extensive history of the different tribes in Pre Columbian Mexico.

I would think it would be more Aztec, as far as immediate descendancy. I believe the Incans and Mayans are older, and were further south (S. America).

try not to limit your search to the three groups. there are tribes and nations as numerous south of what is now the us/mexico border as there are to the north. also, just because you are of mexican heritage, doesn't mean that you can't trace your roots back to tribes that are today known as native american.
because of us politics over the last 200 years, indian heritage was completely erased for a lot of today's chicanos. good luck.
