You can buy someone elses crap on Ebay but other than that you usually need a business license to buy equipment. It keeps scratchers from tattooing unsuspecting customers, hopefully.
People like you are half of our business. Walking in & wanting your crappy homemade tattoo fixed!
Keep tattooing yourselves, folks.... youre handiwork pays my mortgage.

If you are not a tattoo artist that has been trained then I would not suggest tattooing yourself... unless you want an infection and a bad tattoo

you in Iraq for what reason...resident of there or US stationed? if you have buddies here in the us, have them buy the equiptment and ship it to you. alot of companies are being told by the company that processes their credit card transactions that they can not take a credit card payment form any overseas country because it is impossible to verify if funds are avilable under that credit card number. to reduce the risk of loosing money by paying a company then having to withdraw the funds back due to a non paying customer they just eliminated the chance alltogether.....because of that, few to no companies....will ship out in that direction or accept an online payment from your location. paypal a buddy to do it for you...just make sure you trust him...lol

Unless you're a trained tattoo artist, tattooing yourself is foolish.
