Go to the Job Service website and fill out the items they want you to fill out.
I didn't think it would work very well, but I started getting calls and calls and had so many choices.
They call you or email you and you get to choose the interviews you want.
Great for part time jobs also.
I got my Dream Job and I was just looking for any old job and they called me !!!
It worked great.
Do a search and type in the words
Job Service and Your States name.

No, play it cool. If they want you, they'll call. If you call, you could appear as a pest or an annoying person. You always have to appear as though you could find a job anywhere, that way you look more desirable to an employer, rather than someone desparately looking for work.

YES.......Call them back enough to let them know you're interested, not enough to be a pest.......in the meantime, keep looking else where, there are some good suggestions in the other answers. Employers like people with enthusiasm, you seem to have plenty of that....keep up the good work!!..LATER...

No. Just wait. If it was meant to be they will call you.
In the meantime don't stop there.
Keep applying for jobs everywhere.

Yes, call them. They may have lost the piece of paper. If they don't want you, they should at least give you an answer.

I would call--or better yet, stop by when the hiring manager will be there.
