hostess in restaurants such as olive garden, applebees, etc. they have tons of business on the weekends and at nights!!

Go find a decent temp agaency that will work with your hours. Adecco is a good one, they're almost everywhere. A lot of times places like that can put you in a job you'd prefer to do and work with your hours. It's amazing the types of help people need at all hours and different days...

I do catering on the side... well actually I work for a company that sends servers to catered events. It pays well.

Try anything you can. University, newspapers, anyone. Utilize any skills or talents you have to create your own temp jobs too.
