The latest season of The Apprentice in America features his kids replacing George and Carolyn as his advisors. Why should any of the candidates take seriously advice or critiques from two people in their 20s who are only there because of their daddy? Trump now seems to be saying you have to be tough, smart and hard-working to get ahead - or have family connections.

Like everyone else who has replied, nothing Donald Trump will ever do could make me respect him any less.

The man is an insecure, overweight, badly-coiffed self-promoter who is worth a fraction of what he claims. In fact, if he had just kept the real estate portfolio his father willed him and done *nothing* Trump would be substantially wealthier than he is today.

(And how many times *can* he take his Atlantic City properties into bankruptcy, anyway? Sheesh!)

As this is a subjective question, I give you my true personal opinion.
YES, actually since the onset of his program, my estimation of him has on down, down, down. He is a pompus ***, always has been and always will be. Apparently he is a really smoooooooth talker to get where he has gottin to in his business. However, he cares nothing for other people. This is evident by his parade of wives. Any child born of him will not have an intact family. He knows that from the beginning but has children anyway. Yes, this is my personal view

I never watch The Apprentice. Even if I did, it would change my opinion of Trump, as I never had any respect for him in the 1st place.

I have never respected him. Like so many celebrities, he's a complete phony. He has ALWAYS said that you have to have all the qualities you mentioned in order to get ahead. When he was quoted ( after her death) saying that it was a shame he'd never met Princess Diana because he "could have gotten her" due to his wealth and fame, I lost any interest I ever had in him. The person who dies with the most toys still dies. He's a loser.

In the math world multiplying zero by anything still gets you zero. I had zero respect for him before and now it has multiplied so no I have not lost any.

Don't forget that he got his start in the real estate business because his own father was big in that field, not because he was a genius on his own.

Never respected him in the first place-what's to lose?

No. Since I never did respect him, I cannot lose something I never had.
