It depends on what kind of dance it is. If it's just a middle school dance or something like that try wearing light washed blue jeans with a cute pink top with pink shoes. Is it a formal dance party? You have to suit the stryle and color of your dress to the occasion you are attending. Purple or red would be nice i think.
