I want to find a low shrub called: Juscus essusus (frenzy) Japanese Mat.?

I saw this plant in a garden in West Hartford, CT. Cannot locate one for my garden.

i always have good luck doing a yahoo search or a google search, not only will you find info regarding the plant itself, but it will also direct you to sites where you can buy them, i would also suggest ebay.
