go ask the woman. more often then not, if a woman is the mistress, she wont have developed any actual feelings for the guy, and will totally rag him out. other than that, dont be afraid to ask HIM. if you have good evidence that he might be cheating, then dont hesitate.

There is no way of really being able to tell unless he leaves evidence. Does he work with that woman alone at times? Is she attractive or does he say she is attractive? You should trust your man if you are going to be with him but if you are finding hints here and there then I would tell him that you are not comfterable with the situation. He should respect your feelings. There could be a chance that everything is innocent though so you don't want to come off as a jealous and annoying partner so make sure you have something to complain about before you actually go about doing it. If things seem a lil wierd to you, say something but in a loving and concerned way. Do you know the 3rd person that he works with? Mabe you can talk to them and let them know that you are uncomfertable with the idea of your man and another woman being alone for many hours. Mabe they can see to it that they do not stay alone or the 3rd person will probably tell the woman your husband works with. If The 3rd person does tell the certain woman then mabe the woman will know how you feel and watch her actions. This is a tough one!

ok you must ask yourself do you really want to catch them if they are doing this . there are many ways to find out but none will be good ones and if your mind feels jealiousy it wont accept that they arent if what you do shows this . if hes cheating eventually itll come out no matter what you do or dont do . close the gap between the two of you and plan some nice things for just the two of you and if he wont have it then thats one sign hes restless . you can tap your home phone but never let him know this cause if you divorce its grounds against you . the best thing is to have him watched either by private eye or a very close friend that he dosent know . go though his private things . people cheating always have a trophy hidden some where to look at while their away from their adulterious meetings . check his credit card bills because they like to buy them gifts and sometimes even let them use the card themselves while hideing the bill statements . they will beat you to mail box to do this . if they are meeting somewhere in private it will be the same place each time and if you tell him your going somewhere and wont be back for long period of time then he will take that time to meet her in that place so fake a road trip and check up on him but if you catch him dont tell act as if nothings wrong . any and everything you learn hold back your radge and anger just document all until its time to get lawyer then use all of it in court .i hope your just wrong here and shes just a good friend of his and its harnless but if not seek help from professional . good luck

Well u can always tell if someone is telling the truth or night by looking in their eyes or by this funny gut feeling u get inside. My first reaction would be to ask or bring up her name out of the blue and see how he responds to it. If he seems like he's avoiding it then u definitely need 2 check him twice. And if he says she's just a friend that works with me, HEY u know what they say it always starts out at friends. Don't let your guard down.

Unless you're just seriously insecure and paranoid (trying to ruin a good thing) and you suspect he is cheating, then he probably is.
Clearly, there are trust issues - either because he's given you reason to mistrust (in which case, he's cheating) or because you don't believe he could truly care about you. Figure it out - if you don't, you'll continue to sabotage your relationships and yourself...by dating or staying with a man that cheats or by letting poor self-esteem keep you from a healthy relationship.
Good luck! It's a jungle out there...there's a lion for you somewhere.

It really doesn't matter if he IS or ISN'T cheating on you. He has given you some reason to believe that he IS and that in and of itself will destroy the relationship. Why? because you don't trust him. And without trust there is no "relationship". There is just 2 people dating or living together.
the best thing for everyone is if you sit him down and have a talk and then agree to go seperate ways so you can find someone you can trust and he can be with someone who trusts him.
sorry.. wish I had a quick fix for you... but there isn't one

Confront him by saying "I found that letter/email from [insert other women's name], you got something you want to share with me? And don't play dumb with me!". Even if there was never any love letter that he knows about, there is always a possibility that there was a letter somewhere that he forgot about or that you intercepted first. I'm sure guys fall for this ALL the time.

It's usally pretty easy. CHeck his cell phone records. Take off sick one day and follow him to work one day or stop by his work around lunch time to see who he is having lunch with.Find out where she lives and follow her a little. It may take some of your time but you will be better off knowing. What if she has some disease. How much time will having an STD he gave you take out of your life?

This suggestion is a little hard to take, but if you do his laundry, check his underwear closely. (I know that sounds sick but you asked).
If he is working late hours all of the time, drop in and surprise him with dinner or something. The best defense is a good offense.

Can you afford a private eye? There used to be a TV show that went around catching cheaters, but I forget the name.
