Your peers wouldn't, but potential employers would.

No. I have a Masters degree and my husband has no degree. He is the smartest, kindest person I have ever known and has no problem finding great friends or great jobs because he is genuinely a wonderful, smart man. He is now (in the process) of getting a degree simply because he feels that he should have one, but according to myself and anyone who knows him it doesn't sway his "likableness" in any form. Some people just weren't meant to get a degree. They don't want to or what they love to do doesn't require one...no biggie.

I don't think that having a college degree has anything to do with being liked but maybe you need to analyze other parts of your personality to find out why more people don't like you.I like you just fine!

They might admire you more, though being liked depends more on your personality and how you relate to other people.

Obtaining a degree will not, in itself, make you more liked but it could increase your self confidence which, in turn, might make you feel better about yourself. And this boost to your self esteem might make you seem a nicer person - and hence make you more likeable!

It's a bit of a circular argument really!

No, probably not, but at least while they were still disliking you, you could have really creative things to think about! Nobody can ever take away anything that you learn! Education is NEVER a bad idea.

Good luck!

You may know more people if you had went to college. Be happy with yourself, try to worry or care what others think of you.

They would think you're wiser and more educated. It would also bring up your educational status and people would admire you more. So yeah, but even if you don't it just kinda depends on what kinda job you have. Good luck friend.
