I'm so desperate for hay right now. I live in Aggieland, TX and i can't find any anywhere. do you know where i can get some square bales for a cheap price?

Round bales around here are running about $80-90.

22.00 WOW! I thought it was bad here (Alabama)
It was bad here this summer with no rain, but we have finally started getting it Hay is better than before. There are several places here that may ship. If you are interested, email me and I will give you some phone numbers. i don't want to post them here though

I wish I could help you, but I am in Louisiana. We just started having hay, the spring and summer was not good for us either, nobody had any!! The square bales around here are 22.00

22.00 thats nothing i`m paying $30 a bale round bale ( ottawa)
put an add in the paper Looking for hay.
thats how i found my hay.

Good luck with hay! We are struggling to get it for our four horses. This has been a horrible year for hay, many farmers are only getting one good cutting, so getting it cheap is probably a long shot. Try calling a local farmers association...they usually have listings of who has hay for sale.

Did you try the feed/farm stores??? they have hay!
