on the right hand side of your page after you have logged in, there should be a long box that says member tools, find where it says my profile and click it, then click on, then there will be abox that says no picture selected, under that there will be 2 boxes, one says change my picture and one says remove, click on change my picture then a box wil pop up that says choose a file by clicking on it below (there will probably be no files in there) so if you look at the bottom of that box it has a long skinny silver box going across saying upload from my computer, click on that and choose your pic... if you have any trouble or need more help, my yahoo messenger name is chstarponchild
