Wood.....for the living room&dining room. I'de go with pergot myself. It's easier to take care of.

Hard Wood is really nice and adds value to your home...but if you are looking for a non-neutral shadem tile is the way to go.

I ripped out all my tile and put in hardwood floors. Since I have had both for a while...nothing beats hardwood floors. Trust me. : )
