My first IT job (where I still am 5 years) I had a chat with interviewer about my previous work and training. Had a chat with a another guy, then had a test which I scored well on, and got the job.

are you looking for common interview questions/porocesses?

My last two jobs were barely face-to-face interviews.
They were mostly problem solving skills so they could watch me write code for a couple solutions.

They wanted to watch me work to get an idea of my skill set.

Pretty much be prepared to answer questions relating to the job you applied for.
One question that has always been asked is what type of certifications I have.
Examples: MCSE or Solaris

Make sure that your resume is honest and be ready to answer questions about what you put on it.
