I just started the Orkin service THIS week because of spiders. You must have a lot of other insects for them to eat--or so that's what they told me. Anyway, they do a spray in all the entry points of your house, and they'll come back every month.

Get a local hotel room for the night and bug bomb your entire home. If that doesn't work, you may want to contract a professional.
