Then l'm sure she sells seashore shells.
Just what was in those sea shells? Why buy them when you can just pick them up???? Could it have been a "fence"?

oh my, did you stub your toe again kind lady?? I used to get such a kick out of the tourists buying seashells, there were a couple of huge markets where we got a dollar a piece for sand dollars, and wisely spent our earnings on beer!!!
