According to a website my fertile days are Thur-Sat and ovulate on a Sunday.?

It says i'm more fertile on Friday and MOST fertile Sat. and Sunday which is the day i'd ovulate.... My question is, out of these days which would be the most beneficial to me to try and become pregnant?

Unless you object to sex, try each day.

every other day during that time so his sperm can build back up
