Only by the actual definition of the terms.

But, we've already established that catchy soundbites and arbitrary labels are more important than using the proper definition of terms.

I have no idea why he keeps saying that.

"It is the supreme duty of the Muslims to trace out Americans, Israelis, Russians, Indians and Westerners, whether they are army men or not, and kill them, whether they are in the city, air, sea or desert." -- Muslim phamplet

I really have no idea.

"If a kafir person (non-believer) goes in a Muslim country, he is like a cow. Anybody can take him. That is the Islamic law. If a kafir is walking by and you catch him, he's booty. You can sell him in the market. Most of them are spies. And even if they don't do anything, if Muslims cannot take them and sell them in the market, you just kill them. It's OK." -- Sheik Abu Hamza

I can't understand why President Bush keeps saying that. I really don't.

"I invite you not to drop your weapons, and don't let your souls or your enemies rest until each one of you kills at least one American within a period that does not exceed 15 days with a sniper's gunshot or incendiary devices or Molotov cocktail or a suicide car bomb -- whatever the battle may require." -- Abu Hamza al-Muhajer

I mean, what would give President Bush the idea that thses people want to kill us? How could he possibly draw that conclusion?

"Have no mercy on the Jews no matter where they are, in any country. Fight them, wherever you are. Wherever you meet them, kill them. Wherever you are, kill those Jews and those Americans who are like them – and those who stand by them..." -- Dr. Ahmad Abu Halabiya

I really don't see any reason to believe the President when he says that terrorists want us all dead. There's just no reason to think that is true.

"The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies--civilians and military--is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it..." -- from the text of a Fatwah Urging Jihad Against Americans

It's probably just fear-mongering, as you say. there's nothing to be afraid of. Nothing at all.

I love how it instantly becomes the democrats faults.

Amazing.

Look, Tofu Jesus. Maybe it is terrorism, maybe not. Frankly I just like to say that there are more important things than terrorists in this country. I'm not saying they should be ignored, far from it. But when we have a president like Bush who ignores domestic policy (or is just horrible at it) we have to keep vigil.

Also, the pro-Bush people like to point out how much better Bush is than Clinton.... Both had 39% approval ratings this far into their terms. Both are stupid. Both were president. Wow.

Politics are stupid.
George Bush is stupid.
Terrorists are stupid.
Supporters of the above, are STUPID.

He's telling it to you how it is. You think they care who you are? What party you're affiliated with? What you do for a living? They want to kill you, your family, everything and everyone without any reserve. That's what they do as terrorists. You should just open up your eyes and admit that the only thing standing in their way of killing you and everything "American" is Bush! He's not a terrorist, he's not using fear-mongering as a political tool, but you ARE an idiot!

He knows that those Muslim terrorists do want to kill us. It's because we are not Muslims. Bin Laden has declared a fatwa against all American men, women and children. Plus our interests. After 911 how can we not take him seriously? Combine 911 with all the other times before it how is it hate mongering to tell us the reality of the situation?

Uh, no.

Terrorism is slitting throats, blowing people up, shooting them in the back, unleashing bio/chem/nuke material on people...the crazy radical Islam sort of stuff.

These people commit terrorism EVERY DAY, it's their job.

Now, talking about it is terroristic? I suppose if you believe that not talking about it somehow makes you feel better about life. You don't have to listen to W (who does anyway) but you can't make terrorism disappear just by not talking about it.

Fear is in your heart, and your mind. The government's job is to explain to its people the nature and scope of existing and real threats, and what the government has, is and will be doing to address that threat.

If you're scared, then the terrorists are winning. If you're not, then you shouldn't be bothered by information. Terrorism exists, and it doesn't birth itself from elected American officials. Nice try.

Because terrorist want to kill your family. Terrorism is trying to intimidate you with treats. Bush is just warning you. If you can't tell the difference, you shouldn't worry about it.

he is backed into a corner,, he wants to compromise US soldiers concerning the military rule on torture and the Geneva conventions,, to protect his own butt,, and his team,,, he cannot defend his invasion of Iraq, based on lies,, or his probable defeat in his war on terror,, he has led America in the wrong direction,, religious arguments are never good,, but he is a fiscal conservative, his crusade to eliminate the evil doers of the world rather than go after the al Qaeda mastermind,, Osama bin Laden,,, makes him look weak on terrorism, George W Bush wants to win,, no matter the cost,, no matter the reasoning,,, he wants the USA to support him and his doctrine,, but they don't,, he is morally bankrupt .
