The mall time to go out for a fashion spree have some fun hang out with friends have a girls night out girl u know how it goes pick your style not your friends and just be happy about what you get don't get second thoughts like :
(oh my friend doesn't like this one i should give it away) don't worry it is you and your style and nobody i hope can change that ok so be cool ok.

Here are a few recommendations:
Wet Seal, Forever XXI, Charlotte Russe, etc. They're all juniors stores, but even if you don't fall into that category, you're still sure to find something cute!
Look around in outlets too...and if all else fails, try shopping online! (like gojane.com)
