erm......check the net they HAVE wings!!! THEY FLY!!!!

Nope, you would probably kill them...they only live for one day as it is so leave them alone...

they do have wings actually, that's how they fly around the room!
Ok, just done a search and there is a dady long legs SPIDER, but here in the UK craneflies are called daddy longlegs...

Daddy Longlegs usually refers to a type of spider....and spiders don't have wings. Crane-flys look very similar with very long spindly legs, and they do have wings, and are sometimes mistakenly called daddy long legs. I think in the UK crane-flys might also have that name, but in North America, it is definintely a spider.
Why are you pulling the legs off flys?

Daddy Long Leg's DO fly. And this is the season for them!!!!!

Be realistic, if someone pulled off you're legs and you couldn't see a doctor would you die.........yes, so it's the same for a daddy long legs. Yes they would die but squirm around a little first just like a human would.

Daddy long legs can be a spider (obviously no wings) or a crane fly (with wings). Either way they would probably die very quickly.
It's really not a nice experiment to do. Why on earth would you want to?

Daddy Longlegs don't fly.
Perhaps you've smoked a bit too much crack if these land spiders are suddenly flying around.

In US english, a daddylonglegs is a type of spider which obviously cannot fly, however in UK english a daddylonglegs is another name for the cranefly which can fly.
