If you removed all electromagnetic radiation within the human-visible spectrum, electromagnetic radiation at all other frequencies would probably behave just as they do now. But you'd get some really strange boundary conditions. You would place some new constraints on quantum energy levels to prevent any transition from emitting radiation within the visible spectrum. Quantum physics is already strange enough that it could happen.
If you removed all electromagnetic radiation, then we'd need some major new laws of physics. You could still have the gravitational force (whatever that is), the strong force, the weak force, and perhaps either the electric or the magnetic force but not both. Or you could have both but just have them not interact. You'd lose all our present electronic and computer technology, motors, generators, sunlight, and so on. Interestingly, I think the only direct effect on life would be vision, and of course the loss of sunlight as an energy source.

the shadows and darkness would make black and in general shadows aren't color...they're an unknown phenomena
