Fingers and toes are some of the smallest bones in the body, take a 200 lb. man and 100 lb. woman, shake hand, 20lbs. of pressure is applied to the 100 lb. woman's hand easily. Broke hand or fingers. It happened to me.

Believe it or not I broke a hand bone (metacarpal #5) when I was running down a hallway and smacked my hand on a doorknob that was sticking out.

They go to Home Depot, then they buy a sledgehammer and then commence hand beating! Or maybe ask a random person that's 3X your size and stomp and puch your hand like crazy.

Them little bones aint as hard as you think, believe me it dont take much, just punch a solid wood door frame as hard as you can then you will know.
